Naturopathic Doctor
As owner and medical director of Core Wellness, Dr. Roush offers naturopathic primary care to women and their families.
Since coming to Helena in 2006 he has developed a reputation for outstanding acute and chronic disease assessment and management, women's healthcare, menopausal transition management, and total family care.

He combines effective conventional and unconventional diagnostic tools including comprehensive history taking, complete physical exams, standard and functional lab assessment, hormone and thyroid testing, as well as digestion and nutritional analysis.

As medical director of Core Wellness, Dr. Roush takes responsibility for every aspect of your interaction in the clinic. He supervises all staff including the other clinic physicians.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Hailey Seedhall NP is a certified nurse practitioner, is certified by the National Association of Menopause, and is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Hailey specializes in comprehensive care for women across all stages of life, primary care for patients of all ages, and aesthetics. Hailey is happily married with three young boys that keep her busy. She and her husband are also certified foster parents. She loves to stay involved in anything outdoors, sports, and all things food.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Katelyn is our medical assistant and IV nutrition program specialist. You might see her in the office when you come in for a blood draw or come in to get an IV. When she is not at work she enjoys hanging out with friends, going hiking, and exploring Montana.

Mandy is one of our Medical Assistants. She has been the Director of the community garden in Helena. Her love of medicine however has drawn her to start training as a Physician Assistant. She loves to hike, cook and ride her horses.

Sara is a medical assistant here at Core Wellness and performs all of our blood draws. She has worked in the medical field for over 12 years and loves caring for the community. Sara enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and staying active.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Dava is the Administrative Manager with over 8 years of admin and other various professional experience. She lived in Bozeman for 7 years where she obtained her Bachelors in Business Management. When she is not at work she loves to enjoy time with her dog, Mozzie, spend time with friends, read, and travel. Fun Facts about Dava is her favorite color is pink- which you will see if you come into the office!

RECEPTION
Gina is one of our receptionists. You will see her in our clinic during your checking in and checking out process, helping with scheduling your appointments, and will be the friendly voice on the phone to help you with your questions. She is a Helena native. Gina and her husband of thirty plus years have enjoyed living in Helena and raising their five wonderful children in the town she grew up in. When she isn’t at work, she is following her children’s sports and activities, loves spending time at their family cabin, and enjoying the beauty of Montana.

RECEPTION
Maria joined the Core Wellness team in 2017 after being a stay at home mother to her three children. She loves working the front desk, interacting with the patients is her favorite part of the job. When she is not at work you will find her hiking with her husband and dogs or cooking up something fun in the kitchen for her family and friends.
